Unless I'm mistaken, I think the user JessieNowl is posting spam in Indonesian in the software category about sports betting.

There is also a spam post on the book, Seduced by Moonlight, in the fantasy category, written in Russian about how to increase website traffic. (Should I be posting these observations here? Are they helpful?)

There is a bunch of spam posted in the thread "An Echo In The Bone - Outlander 07 - Diana Gabaldon - English" by user EbookBBS. Not sure if that's a real person or bot, but they posted a buuunch of spam.
