Problem with download

I downloaded and was charged for this book but the file was empty. All that came thru was the picture as it appears in the link. What do I do now?

I downloaded it again and still got the same thing.

I also tried again and didn't have any problem to open it.
could you try to open it with another reader (I use Calibre....)

I finally got it. I have never had a problem with my browser before but as soon as I switched to google chrome and tried again in downloaded perfectly. Thanks all for your help.
